The Kwara State College of Health Technology admission form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now available online.
Interested applicants must complete the application process online, and payments should be made through the portal using an ATM (debit) card.
Application Process
1. Start Your Application:Click the application link for the 2025/2026 session.Enter your surname, first name, middle name, email (only Gmail is accepted), and phone number.
2. Verify Your Email:A verification link will be sent to your Gmail account.Click “Verify Your Email Address” to confirm your email.
3. Continue Your Application:If you already started your application, click the login link to continue.
4. Upload Your Passport Photograph:Ensure the image size is not more than 25KB.
5. Make Payment:Click “Make Payment” and select the appropriate application type:
ND Processing Fee: ₦15,000
HND Application Fee: ₦15,000
Other Applications: ₦15,000
Print your payment receipt after completing the transaction.
6. Complete Your Application:Fill in your personal details, course choices, and academic qualifications.
Print the acknowledgement slip, examination permit, completed application form, and referee form.

Payments must be made personally via the portal.
Do not give money to a third party for payment.Admission Requirements
Must have completed a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field with at least a Lower Credit.
Must have five (5) credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry.Must provide proof of completing one-year industrial training (IT) from a recognized institution.
Programme Duration
Four (4) semesters (Two academic sessions), including practical training.
