The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board(JAMB) has officially announced the commencement of the 2025/2026 Direct Entry(DE) registration,providing guidelines,eligibilityrequirements,andstep-by-step procedures for prospective candidates seeking admission into 200level in Nigerian universities.In a statement released by the board,JAMB emphasized the importance of early registration and warned against fraudulent practices.The registration window is set to run with in the stipulated period,and eligible candidates are advised to complete their applications before the deadline.Eligibility Criteria for JAMB Direct Entry(DE) 2025/2026 JAMB outlined the qualifications required for Direct Entry admission into Nigerian universities.Candidates must possess any of the following: A-LevelCertificates–Including IJMB,JUPEB,or Cambridge A-Levels.National Diploma(ND)–Must be from a recognized institution,with atleast Lower Credit.Higher National Diploma(HND)–With a minimum of Lower Credit.National Certificate of Education(NCE)–Candidates must have a merit pass or above.First Degree Holders–Those seeking admission into another discipline. JAMB further stressed that awaiting results will not be accepted,and all credentials must be verified before submission.
