Entry Requirements and Programme Duration
4-Year Sandwich Degree Programme
The University of Nigeria offers a four-year Sandwich Degree Programme for candidates with an NCE or National Diploma. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of Merit in NCE in a relevant field from a recognized institution in Nigeria, along with at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in no more than two sittings; or
- A minimum of Merit in National Diploma from a recognized institution, in addition to fulfilling the O’Level requirements stated above.
5-Year Sandwich Degree Programme
The University also offers a five-year Sandwich Degree Programme for candidates with WASCE/GCE/NECO, NABTEB, Teachers Grade II Certificate, NCE, or National Diploma. Admission requirements include:
- A pass in NCE and at least five (5) O’Level credit passes (or equivalent) obtained in no more than two sittings; or
- Five (5) O’Level credit passes (or equivalent) in a maximum of two sittings, including Mathematics and English Language (or as specified by the chosen programme).
