The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that prospective candidates can now generate and save their profile codes in preparation for registration.
Candidates should note that the phone number used to request the profile code via text to either of the designated shortcodes will be linked to their names and used by JAMB for all communication regarding their application, examination, and admission. Once the request is sent, a 10-character profile code will be generated and sent to the same phone number.
To generate the profile code, candidates must send a text message in the format: NIN [space] NIN number (11 digits) to 55019 or 66019 using their personal GSM number.
