The College of Nursing Sciences at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital is now accepting applications for its 18-month Post-Registered Nursing Programme. This programme, which will award the Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate, is open for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Here are some important information about this admission programme
Eligibility Requirements:
✔ Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
✔ Educational Qualifications: Five (5) credit passes in WASCE/GCE/NECO, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, obtained in not more than two sittings (original scanned copies required).
✔ Professional Certification: Must possess a Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) certificate.
✔ Work Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience post-registration.
✔ Supporting Documents: Upload a reference letter from the most recent or current employer and a valid practicing license.
Application Procedure:
Obtain the application form from the UBTH website: conubth.edu.ng.
Application Fee: ₦15,000 (non-refundable), payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via Remita at any commercial bank. Choose the service type “Training School – Department of Nursing, College of Nursing Sciences.”
Additional Payment: ₦500 payable to the Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee, Edo State.
