The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of the Federal University of Kashere (FUK) has announced the resolution of delays in NELFUND institutional fee payments. The delays, caused by a technical glitch on the NELFUND server, had prevented payments from reflecting on students’ portals.
In a statement released on January 6, 2025, SRC President Sahabo Abdulkadir explained that the council worked closely with the FUK NELFUND Desk Officer to address the issue. Affected students are now advised to visit the Desk Officer in the ICT department for verification and updates to their payment status. If payments are yet to be processed, the Desk Officer will facilitate instant payments.
The SRC expressed gratitude for students’ patience and assured them that all eligible payments would be made without further delays.
The resolution provides much-needed relief for students who had been anxiously awaiting their funds as the academic session progresses. The proactive efforts by the SRC reflect its commitment to safeguarding students’ welfare.
